Excsep® HILIC-Diol HPLC column is made of ultra-high purity and ultra-high mechanical strength spherical chromatographic bare silica gel, which is prepared by the unique surface modification technology of OneTwo Chromatography Technology. The bonded diol group provides a neutral surface with medium polarity, which is suitable for pesticides, herbicides, drug metabolites, and neutral polar compounds.
