Live Probiotics

S. boulardii’s anti-inflammatory effects are due to its influence on the CD4+ T cells CD4+ T cells can migrate, and when too many of them migrate to the canine colon, it leads to excessive inflammation. S. boulardii helps dogs protect against disease-causing pathogens by preventing them from the residence inside the gut. Harmful microorganisms like Salmonella bind to the surface of S. boulardii cells, and once this binding takes place, the pathogen can no longer bind to the intestine’s surface. S. boulardii’s anti-microbial effects are not limited to animals with GI issues; it has been shown to decrease the incidence of diarrhoea even in healthy dogs.

Prebiotic Immunity

Inactivated strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Cyberlindnera jadinii for nutrition. Different strains have a synergetic effect on the canine immune response.

Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides

Collagen can help soothe and repair the canine gut lining, improving leaky gut and other problems triggered. Similar to how humans use collagen to improve digestive concerns like a leaky gut, dogs can also benefit from collagen’s ability to boost digestive health. Dogs can get leaky gut syndrome too, which puts them at risk for a cascade of other health problems, including autoimmune disease, allergies and behaviour issues.

Gelatin Hydrolysate

Gelatin’s short peptides – glyprolines – consist of glycine and proline amino acids. They protect the dogs stomach mucous tunic from injuries. Glyprolines are easily absorbed in the canine stomach and remain in the blood for a long time without breaking up. They act not only on the stomach cells but also on the central nervous system overcoming the blood-brain barrier.
