• Conatural's unrefined Organic Coconut oil is the oil extracted from the edible, fleshy “meat” of a coconut
• It’s a natural saturated fat, and is compromised almost entirely of medium-chain fatty acids
• Coconut oil is one of the only sources of medium-chain fatty acids, which is what makes it so incredible for skin and hair
• Lauric acid, the predominant medium-chain fatty acid found in coconut oil, is known to have antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory benefits
• Coconut oil also has phytonutrients and polyphenols, which act as antioxidants.

Usage:

• Hair Care: Hair oil for dry and damaged hair, Conatural's organic coconut oil can be used as an excellent conditioner as well. It also provides essential proteins required for nourishing and healing damaged hair
• Massage two tablespoons of organic coconut oil in your hair. Leave for a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 4 hours. Rinse with our Scalp Comfort Shampoo, an anti-dandruff shampoo specially formulated to address the issues of dry and flaky scalp.
• Moisturiser: Organic coconut oil can also be used on the skin as an excellent moisturiser
• Organic coconut oil melts on the skin as soon as you apply it, without leaving any kind of residue
• It easily seeps into the skin pores, moisturising deeply and thoroughly
• If you have normal or dry skin, apply organic coconut oil to clean skin
• Take ¼ teaspoon oil and apply it on the face, gently massaging it in. Wait for 5-10 minutes for the oil to absorb into the skin, and wipe away any excess with a soft cotton towel
• A thin layer of organic coconut oil is all you need to prevent moisture loss through evaporation from the skin surface
• Make up remover: Apply organic coconut oil all over the face. Leave it on for 2 minutes, and wipe makeup off with a cotton ball
• Rinse face with warm water and mild soap/face wash. This will remove all sorts of make-up from the face
• Carrier Oil: Organic coconut oil is an excellent carrier oil for essential oils. It is perfect for a body massage, as well as a skin facial

This product has an expiry date of 2 years from manufacturing date. It should be used within 1 year of opening for best results.

How do we define "natural" or “organic” in our formulation?

Many oils available in the market are advertised as pure, yet they may be adulterated with artificial fragrances, cottonseed, or mineral oils. In contrast, all Conatural oils are 100% natural and pure. When we claim a product as organic, it comes with a corresponding organic certificate for that specific raw material. This is mentioned on the product label.

To maintain the quality of some carrier oils, we incorporate a minimal percentage of antioxidants to prevent rancidity and oxidation. This precaution is especially relevant for retail partners who may not have temperature-controlled environments, particularly in warmer seasons. Typically, we use Vitamin E or Rosemary C02 extract as antioxidants, and if utilized, this information is clearly stated on the product label.
