mustard varieties are cultivated using chemical-free methods and traditional farming calendars. Once harvested, A1-grade seeds are hand-cleaned and pressed in small batches using age-old wooden ghani machines at 5–7 liters/hour. This slow, careful extraction process preserves aroma, flavor, and nutritional integrity.
