Introducing the Enoch Food Security Project, a groundbreaking partnership between A.R.K Nation and the Enoch Nation, designed to revolutionize food production, sustainability, and economic empowerment. This $6-7 million joint venture will establish a state-of-the-art 40,000-60,000 square foot processing facility, producing ethically raised meats and organically grown greens. By combining innovative infrastructure with A.R.K Nation’s farm-to-plate model, the facility will secure food for the Enoch community while generating surplus for the broader region. With a strong focus on education, job creation, and nation building, this project strengthens local relationships and serves as a replicable model for other nations, creating health, wealth, and lasting impact for future generations.

Partnership & Ownership Structure 

• JV Partnership: 51% Enoch, 49% A.R.K Nation.
• Project Cost: $6-7 million.
  • 50% Soft Capital Commitment from Enoch ( $3,500,000 ) 
• Land Acquisition: 1-2 acres of land secured on Enoch land.
• Tribe Investment: The goal is for the tribe to invest in A.R.K Nation, becoming partners and shareholders in a larger vision, uniting an archipelago of nations.

Infrastructure & Facility Development

• 40,000-60,000 SF Facility: A processing center divided for meats and greens.
• Animal Holding Pen: The project includes a small building for animal holdings.
• Refrigeration Units: Several sea can refrigeration units and large refrigeration units will be added.
• Sprung Structure: A Sprung Structure will be built on the land (requires a 35% deposit).
• Land Services Prerequisites: Power, water, waste, concrete, and groundwork must be secured.
• Equipment & Tools: The facility will be fully equipped to facilitate operations.
• Facility Capabilities:
  • Slaughtering and processing livestock into finished goods.
  • Growing fruits, vegetables, microgreens, and fungi.
  • Further processing and harvesting to create value-added products.
  • Capacity to supply and feed the Enoch Nation, with surplus resold to the surrounding areas or redistributed through a central hub.
• Maximizing Operations: The goal is to maximize the facility’s operations and output, strengthening the community and surrounding areas.

Education & Training

• Education & Training Center: The facility will serve as an education and training center, with A.R.K Nation in close proximity to guide operations.
• Job Creation: A.R.K Nation will work to hire and train community members for leadership and management roles, ensuring the facility is operated with professionalism.

Supply & Operations

• Livestock Supply: A.R.K Nation will supply all the livestock.
• Existing Brand: The facility will operate under the MEATS n GREENS brand.
• Retail & Wholesale Outlets: A.R.K Nation already has established relationships with retail and wholesale outlets.
• Pickup & Delivery: A.R.K Nation will offer pickup and delivery services to the community.
• Soft Commitments: Based on relationships and influence in Edmonton, several restaurants have soft commitments to purchase from the facility.
