The release date is 02/28/25. U.S. version albums will be available for in-store purchases at our retail stores on 02/28/25. In-store pickup orders will be ready on the same date as the release date. Our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing for mail orders on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

• * We will only process damage/refund inquiries sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
• * The unboxing video MUST be required to file a claim, and failure to include the unboxing video will automatically subject your claim to be rejected.
