Niyamaya’s Black Mustard Oil is extracted using the ancient wooden Kolhu (Ghani) method from premium A1-grade black mustard seeds grown in Rajasthan’s heritage farms. Cold-pressed below 40°C, the oil retains its full spectrum of nutrients, sharp aroma, and bold flavor—making it a cornerstone of authentic Indian cooking and Ayurvedic practices.
This amber-hued oil is rich in Omega-3 & Omega-6 fatty acids, allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), glucosinolates, and antioxidants, delivering both flavor and functional health benefits.

The Story Behind Our Mustard Oil
Our oil begins in the arid lands of Rajasthan, where farmers grow indigenous black mustard varieties like Kali Sarson using chemical-free, water-efficient methods. Once harvested, these nutrient-rich seeds are cleaned, hand-prepped, and slow-extracted in traditional wooden ghani machines at 5–7 liters/hour—ensuring complete nutrient integrity and the signature pungency mustard oil is known for.
Unlike industrially refined oils, Niyamaya is pure tradition: no solvents, no heat damage, no shortcuts—just bold, full-bodied nutrition.
