Ingredients

• Caffeine (503mg per double scoop): a well-known stimulant found in coffee and tea, commonly used to help support alertness and energy before training. 503mg is a very high dose - roughly the caffeine in five strong espressos.
• L-citrulline (10,500mg per double scoop): an amino acid your body converts to arginine and then to nitric oxide, which helps blood vessels open wider during training. Commonly used to help support muscular endurance and training output.
• Beta-alanine (5,000mg per double scoop): an amino acid your body uses to produce carnosine, a compound stored in muscles that helps buffer the burn during high-intensity training. Commonly used to help support muscular endurance - and is what causes the harmless tingling sensation pre-workouts are known for.
• Magnesium citrate (100mg per double scoop): a well-absorbed form of magnesium, a mineral involved in normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. Commonly used to help support recovery and hydration during training.
