This is a very rare chair and hard to find. The name is “Putting on th Blind” from the mid 1990s. This was part of DD’s Hassen Chair series based on collectible tobacco premiums from 1909. Extremely hard to find rare all leather and hardwood chair. Vintage graphic on front of chair of vaquero (cowboy), horse, saddle , rope and bit. It has large brass concho studs with hand twisted fringe on 3 of the 4 sides. The front fringe was cut short. Leather seat. Very very slight marks on back of chair. I would rate this at a solid 9/10.
