V5 Sirius

The new V5 Sirius is an ultra-high performance 16A power bar, harnessing IsoTek’s latest mains power cleaning technology, which both protects and improves your audio systems performance. If more power output sockets are required a unique IsoTek ‘System Link’ connector is provided, this allows you to connect multiple IsoTek units together whilst maintaining star-earth. In addition, an easy resettable fusing system offers a substantial upgrade over a standard ordinary glassfuse due to an increased contact area.

Each output socket is individually wired, no two (or more) being connected, each referencing back to the central power cleaning network, ideal for the reduction and elimination of Differential Mode mains noise cross contamination.

IsoTek’s unique ‘System Link’ additional output connector is provided to allow you to connect multiple IsoTek units together whilst maintaining star-earth.

The V5 Sirius features a greatly enhanced high power shunt filter network delivering -23dB mains noise reduction at 10 kHz -40dB, 100 kHz and -60dB at 1 MHz (Ref 50 ohms 20dB, this is considerably superior to typical textbook designs and an ideal for tackling Common Mode mains noise).

A unique high grade, high amperage mains noise choke based system is combined with a high frequency delta filter network to eliminate of both Common Mode and Differential Mode mains noise across a wide frequency range.

V5 Sirius features KERP © (Kirchoff’s Equal Resistance Path) which ensures equal resistance and equal power delivery to all outlets.

The internal wiring is unique and specifically designed to offer the highest standards of power delivery, pure 6n oxygen free copper conductor multi but minimal strands with silver-plating designed to offer low resistance and high amperage. An FEP dielectric is then used to protect the conductors offering a low dielectric constance.

54’000 Amps instantaneous yet transient protection system enhances sound as well as protecting precious audio components from dangerous power surges and voltage spikes.

The easy resettable fusing system offers a substantial upgrade over a standard ordinary fuse due to increased contact area. By shear virtue of its electrical function a standard fuse must have a very thin wire, this being also true of expensive audiophile grade gold plated versions.

A special, easy to install wall bracket system is provided which allows you to mount the V5 Sirius discretely behind your audio system if required.
