FOB FACTORY
Inspired by vintage clothing, FOB Factory is a brand based in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, one of Japan's premier production hubs. Specializing in workwear, military garments, and denim, the brand conducts all manufacturing processes within Japan. Their goal is to create clothing that customers will feel glad they purchased, even three years later.









Reproducing Military-Grade Strength
The fabric reproduces the material specified by the U.S. military for the "PARKA, SHELL-M1951," a parka used for cold-weather protection, also known as a fishtail or mods parka. Lightweight yet durable, it was designed to be worn over jackets. The material combines 30-count cotton in the warp and 100D nylon in the weft, woven together at high density. This blend of cotton's natural texture and nylon's lightweight functionality gives the fabric a crisp, soft, and durable quality.

Over time, it develops a unique sheen and patina, with the potential for aging beautifully. The ability to enjoy this change is one of its standout features.







Simple is Best
The left chest and both side pockets are reinforced with bar tacks, and there’s an internal pocket on the right side. While the overall design is simple, details like the different button colors for each shade of fabric showcase FOB’s commitment to quality.
