Such a delicious wine from Sicily. Made from the local Frappato grape. It's typically quite pale in colour, rose hip and cherry on the nose, quite floral.

Bright and juicy on the palate, its light to medium bodied, fresh but loaded with fruit. Chill it down a bit and this is just a lovely summer or anytime red, it has lovely cherry fruit and hints of pomegranate with good acidity and low tannins and this makes it so food friendly. Great with fish through to red meat dishes. All too drinkable!
