Directions for use

As a food supplement, 1 scoop (5g) once daily. Mix in a cool beverage of your choice.

It contains 0.5g of total sugars per serving, compared to 11-12g of total sugars found in 8oz of fresh milk therefore it contains only naturally occurring levels of lactose.
