The 2021 Lyrik Select carries over the same chassis and Charger RC damper as the 2020 model but also gets the same updates to the DebonAir air spring as the rest of the range. The improvements help the fork to ride higher in its travel and provide you with more initial support while still maintaining the suppleness the Lyrik is known for. This is still very much the fork that riders know and love, but you'll have a few extra mm's of travel on hand for when you need it, and it'll feel more composed under braking and in the steep stuff.

Who's this for: The Lyrik Select has a fewer dials than the Ultimate model so it's easier to set up and hit the trails with a minimum of fuss. It's perfect for riders that just want to set and forget and not lie awake at night wondering what an extra click here and there might do.

Damper technology: The Charger RC gives riders control over rebound and compression that can be adjusted from fully open to firm. Fewer dials make it easier to find a great setup with less doubt about what all those clickers actually do.

Travel adjustability: By replacing the air shaft, you can adjust this fork from 140-170mm travel.

Volume adjustability: Rockshox bottomless tokens can be added to provide more support and ramp later in the travel.

Stanchion diameter: Thick-walled, 35mm stanchion for super stiffness.

Axle size and style: Bolt up, 110x15mm Boost axle.

Steerer tube: Standard 1.5 - 1 1/8th taper.

Brake rotor: 180mm minimum, 220mm maximum

Pros: Super stiff chassis, more initial support than previous models while still maintaining the buttery smooth feel the Lyrik is known for.

Cons: Not as many adjustments as the higher model Ultimate fork (this can also be a pro for many people though!).
