Inspired by traditional Maya chocolate drinks, we blend a rich and intricate mix of warming spices into our 68% single-origin dark chocolate. This is bean-to-bar chocolate that honors ancient chocolate traditions while showcasing modern craft techniques.

Bean-to-Bar with Purpose:
We roast and refine single-origin cacao in our Almonte factory, then blend in our house spice mix during the chocolate-making process. This creates a bar where the spices and chocolate are truly integrated, allowing the flavors to meld and develop complexity.

Pure Ingredients:
Ethically sourced single-origin cacao beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, and a warming blend of traditional spices. Vegan, soy-free, and gluten-free.
