Each daily serve contains:

Magnesium as Magnesium Bisglycinate 220 mg
Saffron extract as Zaffronel® 30mg
Standardised to contain 7.5 % Lepticrosalides

Directions

Ages 7+ years: Take 1 capsule daily with or without food in the evening or afternoon.

Adults (ages 9+): Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food in the evening or afternoon, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. 

Take 2 hours away from medication.
