They contain oat beta-glucan fibre, which has been found to reduce cholesterol levels. They are also a rich and natural source of fibre, and do not contain artificial colourings or hydrogenated fats. Ingredients:

oat flakes 50 %, sugar, extrudate (corn, wheat), rape seed oil, wheat flour, wheat starch, almonds 2,5 %, dried strawberries 1,5 %, flavour, salt, antioxidant: askorbyl palmitate, tocopherol-rich extract (natural), sunflower lecithin. Product contains gluten and almonds. May contain traces of milk, peanuts and other nuts.
