Colombian Aged Gin – Ortodoxy is a unique gin from Colombia, aged in Dictador rum barrels. This barrel aging gives this gin a warmer, rounder style than a classic London Dry, without losing its gin identity.

The base is a traditional gin with distinct juniper and spicy botanicals. Maturation in used rum barrels adds additional layers: soft wood notes, a hint of vanilla, and a subtle sweetness. The result is a gin that balances between gin and rum, without veering into sweetness or heavyness.
