Horology By The Sea is proud to present this rare find from Marc & Darnò, a handmade watch from Italian independent watchmaker and AHCI candidate, Marco Gaurino. Endlessly fascinated by timepieces with Astronomical Complications, Mr. Guarino set out to create a Moon Phase complication accurate to one day of deviation every 122 years, equivalent to 1500 moon cycles!

Below blued steel Dauphine shaped hands lies the brass top plate which offers a generous view of Mr. Guarino's Moon Phase module. The Moon Phase in the upper subdial and the Date in the lower subdial are easily adjusted through the crown. Situated below the Marc & Darnò logo in relief is metal badge screwed to the top plate indicating the number of this 25 piece Limited Edition. Inside is an ETA 2824 base caliber which runs at 4 Hz and carries a power reserve of 38 hours. 

The 916L stainless steel case measures 39mm x 12mm x 47.5mm lug-to-lug and is excellent condition. Water Resistant to 50 meters. Furnished on a brown alligator with pin buckle and furnished with an additional used red alligator strap.
