Hand-cast in Jesmonite - a blend of resin and gypsum - this wall sculpture captures the fine detail of the original hand-carved Welsh slate, preserving every chisel mark in stunning clarity. Named after the Serbian word merak, meaning bliss found in ordinary moments, this piece invites calm reflection. Originally exhibited and sold at Artefact, Chelsea Design Centre, it was the first of two large-scale wall sculptures by Zoë.

Each cast is signed and numbered, with integrated back fixings for easy hanging.
