Performance Guaranteed These large white non-stick boards are manufactured using virgin materials (not from recycled plastic) and then cut to size for us in the UK. The manufacturing process generates surface marking, which does not impede the performance of the boards.
The surface making will not show up in the sugarpaste and the surface making also helps the sugarpaste from "running-around".
