Remove all loose and flaking material by scraping or brushing with a stiff brush. Eliminate any signs of organic growth by brushing with a stiff-bristled brush and treating with Sandtex fungicidal wash or a suitable alternative. Clean away any loose material after application and ensure the surface is dry.

Application

We recommend testing the product on a small area to ensure compatibility. Avoid application if there is a risk of rain, if the air or surface temperature is likely to fall below 8°C, or if the relative humidity is above 80% during application or drying.
