Where Does Our Vegan Omega 3 Supplement DHA Come from?

The majority of algae-based Schizochytrium sp. extracted Omega-3’s comes from ‘strain optimised selection process’

All microalgae oil from Schizochytrium that contains high levels of EPA levels of 5% is does ‘not come from a natural wild strain’

Clean Omega-3 is different, as our Schizochytrium strain used is wild heirloom strain, isolated from a mangrove waterway on a pristine natural island

What is the Process of Obtaining Vegan Omega-3’s From Algae?

Why did we Add Clean Omega-3 DHA oil to the Phytality Range

To compliment our ULTANA Phytoplankton, which is complex Omega 3-6-7-9 with a good EPA content (equivalent to 186mg of triglyceride EPA per 1 serve), but low in DHA content ( equiv. to 15mg triglyceride per serve) ● Many customers wanted to use ULTANA Phytoplankton ( EPA & wholefood multi), but kept asking us to recommend a clean DHA oil. ● We always avoided recommending the non-wild strain &/or solvent extracted Omega-3 oil products ● Phytality decided it should launch Clean Omega-3 to fill the missing ‘Quality Offering’ for Vegan DHA oil & to compliemt our ULTANA Phytoplankton product

Recommended Dosage

Standard, 2x 500mg capsules (1000mg)

Optional for new users: Increased dosage of 4x 500mg capsules (2000mg) over an initial 3-month period. After this switch to standard dosage of 2x 500mg capsules.
