Directions:

Adults (12+) 3 capsules daily for everyday immune support, or 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening at the first signs of any ills and chills. Ages 6-11: 2 capsules daily for everyday immune support, or 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening for acute support.
