The release date is 10.10.25. U.S. (GO) version albums will be available for in-store purchases at our retail stores on 10.10.25. In-store pickup orders will be ready on the same date as the release date. Our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing for mail orders on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected. 

Please order with consideration. ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION.

ATTENTION: Due to the high volume of pre-orders, we have established guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders, so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) We expect to receive the shipment and have it available on October 10th, 2025

(2) Once we receive our shipment, we have to inspect the albums.

(3) We will begin fulfillment according to the order number we received, starting with the pre-orders that have been submitted.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the release date, near October 10th, 2025, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment, we expect to fulfill all orders within 1-2 weeks (counting only business days). We will try our best to complete all orders within 7-9 business days of processing time, starting from the day of receiving all albums. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.
