Anatomical Thumb Forceps – Peha® single-use instrument

These standard, anatomical thumb forceps are part of the Peha® single-use instrument range from Hartmann. The anatomical thumb forceps are made of brushed steel and are disposed of after use in a puncture-proof container, such as a sharps bin.

The use of disposable instruments can effectively prevent cross-contamination and ensure that excellent quality instruments are always available. In addition, documentation-intensive sterilisation is no longer necessary for the operator.

Use:

The anatomical thumb forceps are a standard version that can be used in anatomy, as well as in surgery, and are used to grasp and hold sensitive tissue, such as nerves or vessels. The grooves on the anatomical forceps ensure that minimal trauma is caused to the tissue.

About Single-Use Peha®-Instruments

Peha®-instruments from Hartmann are a safe and economical alternative to reusable instruments. These Hartmann single-use instruments are made of matted, brushed steel. The brushed finish prevents reflections; thus, providing increased safety.
