Mediterranean house plans are always popular, but few can outshine the Belizza in design. The Belizza house plan is the perfect design for a growing family. From the front, the breakfast nook and garage can be seen before passing through the entrance and foyer. The entry has a barrel vault ceiling. From the entrance of the Belizza plan, the foyer leads to the central great room. The great room, which is open directly to the dining room, connects to the kitchen. The Belizza plan also leads out to the spacious verandah, which bends around the back right corner. Just above the guest bathroom is the master suite. It is entered through the great room. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the rear veranda. The spacious master bath has a lovely Whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The vanity has double sinks. There is a large walk in closet nearby for the owners to share. The two bay garage also helps finish off this expertly crafted plan. There is 1404 square feet of living area in the Belizza Mediterranean house plan, and the foundation is a monolithic/slab.
