The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a purpose-built solid carbide bar designed for deep face grooving. With a 15 mm minimum diameter, 3 mm groove width and 43 mm groove depth, this compact tool delivers precise, robust grooves in challenging materials — including stainless steels — in a small, easy-to-manage form.

This tool is part of a dedicated line of carbide grooving bars designed specifically for deep face operations. The BXC grade features a PVD TiN coating optimized for low cutting speeds, making it well-suited for stainless steels across ISO ranges P30–P50 / K25–K40. The line also includes the BMK option with sub-micron grade and advanced PVD coating for high heat resistance and smooth cutting. Note: this product line doesn’t include bars for left-hand operations.
