Application: Spread a small amount of milk over the face, neck & décolléte. Remove with cold cotton wool or soft gauze. Tap the skin dry with a tissue. Next apply a second application of the milk, allow this to stay on the skin for a minimum of ten minutes. Remove and repeat as before.
