Qing Dragon I Laminated Bow
by Mariner
Mariner, is widely regarded as one of the best premium brands of laminated, hand crafted Chinese bows in the world.
In collaboration with Caroline Armory, Lost Arts Archery is bringing Mariner to South Africa!
The Qing Dragon I is Shorter version of a Qing dynasty Manchurian bow, similar to a Tibetan bow. The large tips give the archer more leverage while drawing the bow and are ideal for shooting heavier projectiles.
Models are available in two options: Mariner Basic and Mariner Premium.
Basic Option:
The Mariner Basic option is laminated with a Chinese fiberglass, and the riser is made of bamboo. Comes with a 24 month warranty.
Premium Option:
The Mariner Premium option uses Bearpaw fiberglass and the riser is made of technowood, which is stronger and denser. Comes with a 36 month warranty.
Draw length: up to 33" from the belly of the bow.
Length of the Braced Bow: 150cm
Draw Weight: up to 70lbs (at 33'', NOT 28")
Minimum Arrow Weight: 14 gpp (16gpp recommended)
Lead time: 4 months
Your bow is pre-quality checked in South Africa by Lost Arts Archery, before it is shipped to your door.
*Please unstring the bow if not in use, or it may loose draw weight.
*Do not use the step-through method to string this bow, as it will void warranty.*
