Please note that our straight lengths of Round plastic ducting tube are female i.e. round duct fittings such as bends and reducers are male and generally slip inside the duct tube.

To connect two female straight duct lengths together use a system 100mm male connector part: DUCEK28.

Round Ducting provides superior airflow performance when compared with 100mm flexible or 110mm x 54mm rectangular ducting. It is perfect for installations requiring low extraction rates such as cooker hoods and small extractor fans.

Kair plastic ducting pipe is lightweight & easy to install. You simply push-fit the duct pipe and fittings together. For permanent fixings, you can seal the joints with a method of your choice (Popular options include silicone sealant, solvent cement, or tape).

Plastic ducting can be carefully cut to the required size using a hacksaw. Offcuts are always useful to keep to hand for joining two male fittings.

Lengths of duct channel can be joined together using a male connector part: DUCEK28.

Use round pipe fixing clips to fix ductwork to walls and ceilings and support ducting tube Part: DUCVKC304C.

If your duct run passes through a particularly cold area, we would recommend considering using our pre-insulated ducting to avoid condensation building up within your ductwork.
