"Rice Cotton" with a vintage feel
We use USA made recycled cotton yarn. The yarn is made from recycled cotton yarns that are made in the USA. In order to keep the dry feel of rice cotton, we use an uneven yarn that has more boa than a standard slub yarn.
Loopwheel Knitsting
This material embodies the dry American atmosphere, and is knitted on one of the few old-style loopwheel knitting machines still in use at a long-established factory in Wakayama Prefecture, which can only knit 12-13 T-shirts a day. Circular body for comfort
Circular body is a detail that symbolises the loopwheel knitting machine, which knits the fabric into a tube. There are no seam allowances at the sides of the body, which gives the garment a comfortable, stress-free fit and a clean look. This makes it difficult to adjust the silhouette, but the angle and width of the sleeves give it a contemporary appearance.
