Directions:

Digest Assist is designed to be taken prior to eating to increase your digestive enzymes and support the breakdown of your food for optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.
Take 1x capsule before each main meal such as breakfast, lunch and dinner (up to 3x capsules daily).
