The Omega ER40 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision tool holder designed for CNC milling and turning centers. It delivers dependable, repeatable clamping with run-out below 10 microns, helping you achieve precise tolerances and consistent surface finishes in every setup.

With a clamping range of 3–26 mm, this collet covers a wide range of round shank tooling. The design features non-overlapping longitudinal slots at the center to help prevent coolant loss, keeping your work area cleaner and more predictable. To maintain the seal, please use solely round shank tooling with no clamping flats, as toolshanks with flats will render the seal ineffective. Note that newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose.
