Hoopla is a very nice rhododendron hybrid with wavy-edged multicolor blooms. Each flower has a yellow throat (that extends into the upper dorsal) and then transitions into a purplish pink toward the edges. Blooming typically happens April-May depending on growing conditions. It's unique and spectacular! It's rich green elongated foliage makes for an excellent canvas.

Hoopla has an even growth habit that reaches around 5' tall x 5' wide at maturity. Place in full sun to partial shade. This plant is hardy to -25°F when protected from windchill.
