Gedore 3283828 Injector Repair Kit, Bosch, Petrol - GD KL-0187-101

For damage-free assembly of combustion chamber sealing rings (Teflon sealing ring) and O-rings (fuel side) on gasoline direct injection injectors. Before re-installing a used injector, the sealing rings must be replaced according to the manufacturer's specifications. To do this, the new sealing rings are simply pushed onto the injector via the assembly cone with the aid of the calibration tool. The combustion chamber sealing ring is additionally narrowed (calibrated) in 2-steps at the sealing seat. A new combustion chamber gasket that has not been narrowed during installation is very likely to be damaged when the injector is reinstalled.
