Background nuances of petrol and cool pear add breadth to the cool aromas of apple compote and acacia blossom. There is very good density to the succulent yet sleek and refined medium- bodied flavors that offer fine length on the citrus zest-inflected length. This is already solidly complex and should age gracefully on its lovely balance. I would add that I would consider serving this just a few degrees cooler than usual as I noticed that the flavors and finish lose some of their precision. In short, I was quite taken with the both the delivery and quality.
