Areas of application

The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic medicinal product pictures. These include improvement of cramp-like complaints of the digestive organs.

Contraindications

Spascupreel must not be used if you are allergic to chamomile, other members of the daisy family (Asteraceae), any of the active substances, or any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product.

Precautions for use

In the case of persistent, unclear, or newly occurring complaints, gallstones, obstruction of the bile ducts, or jaundice, a physician should be consulted, as these may be diseases requiring medical clarification.

For use in adults and children from 2 years of age.

If used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a physician before use.

This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e. it is essentially “sodium-free”.

Interactions

The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful factors in lifestyle and by stimulants and luxury foods.

Inform your physician if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed:

Adults and children from 2 years of age

For acute complaints: inject 1 ampoule intramuscularly (i.m.), subcutaneously (s.c.), intracutaneously (i.c.), or intravenously (i.v.) up to 3 times daily.

Use beyond one week should only take place after consultation with a therapist experienced in homeopathy.

For chronic complaints: inject 1 ampoule 1–3 times weekly via i.m., s.c., i.c., or i.v. routes.

If symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.

Ampoules should be used immediately after opening. Opened ampoules must not be stored or used later, as sterility can no longer be guaranteed.

Instructions for use – opening the ampoule

Open the ampoule carefully. Please follow the instructions.

Before breaking: Hold the ampoule with the coloured dot facing upwards. Tap or shake so that the solution in the ampoule neck flows downwards.

After breaking: With the coloured dot facing upwards, break the ampoule by pulling backwards.

Duration of treatment

As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Side effects

Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.

In rare cases, allergic skin reactions may occur.

Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing complaints may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In such cases, the medicinal product should be discontinued and a physician consulted.

1 ampoule of 1.1 ml (1.1 g) contains:

• Ammonium bromatum Dil. D4 – 1.1 mg
• Atropinum sulfuricum Dil. D6 – 1.1 mg
• Veratrum album Dil. D6 – 1.1 mg
• Gelsemium sempervirens Dil. D6 – 1.1 mg
• Agaricus Dil. D4 – 0.55 mg
• Matricaria recutita Dil. D3 – 0.55 mg
• Cuprum sulfuricum Dil. D6 – 0.55 mg
• Aconitum napellus Dil. D6 – 2.2 mg
• Magnesium phosphoricum Dil. D6 aquos. – 1.1 mg
• Passiflora incarnata Dil. D2 – 0.55 mg

The active substances 1–9 are jointly potentised over the last two stages.

Other ingredients: Water for injections, sodium chloride.
