When you place an order for a Quarter Bison, we select a prime two to three-year-old bison from our pasture, ensuring the animal has been rotationally and dryland grazed, and finished on grass. The selected bison is then humanely field-harvested, respecting both the animal and the land. After harvest, your bison is professionally processed, and your quarter portion is carefully divided.

The final weight of your quarter bison will range between 75 and 85 lbs, with the final price determined by this weight. After the butcher date, the meat is weighed, and the final price, minus your deposit, will be charged. A receipt for the final charge will be provided to you.
