Crazy times for call for a crazy cool timepiece, so here we are with a Special Edition reference of the Frank Muller Crazy Hours for the CronotempVs Collectors Club. Housed in Muller's Cintrée Curvex case, a soleil patterned dial features the hours arranged in a disorderly fashion at first glance. Time is displayed by way of an hour hand which idles for an hour at a time on the respective index, only to jump 5 positions to the next hour once the minute hand arrives at the very top of the dial. The dial is further animated with additional silvery numerals that appear and vanish depending on the angle of light. These dials are said to have been coated with 20 layers of translucent lacquer for their shimmering effect.

This Crazy Hours reference utilizes the MVD FM 2800-CHR automatic winding caliber. The movement operates at 4 Hz and has a power reserve of 42 hours. 

The stainless steel case measures 55.4mm x 39.6mm x 11.8mm thick. Furnished on a long length calfskin strap with Franck Muller steel buckle. Complete with Box and Papers dated January 12th, 2019.
