ROCOCO special order polo shirt in classic fabric
The soft and comfortable texture of the classic Basque shirt is retained. The polo shirt is made with the same soft and comfortable texture of the classic basque shirt, but with a refined ROCOCO special order finish.
The fabric is produced in Kiryu, Gunma Prefecture by skilled craftsmen using an old-style loom from the Taisho era. There are two main types of cotton that Teezy represents: HDCS COTTON (super dense jersey slub cotton) and ORGANIC SRAB COTTON (organic slub cotton).

We are proud to use these two fabrics to develop universal and basic cut and sew garments, and in 2016 we were awarded the "Good Design Award".

High density fabric with moderate stiffness and texture
This item is made of "HDCS (super high density jersey slub cotton)". The fabric is knitted slowly and densely on an old fashioned knitting machine at 1/3 the speed of cotton fabric used for T-shirts.

Slub yarns are drawn into the fabric to give it an uneven, washed look. The delicate slub yarn is difficult to set up at low speed and can only be knitted by skilled craftsmen.

The material we use is high-quality US organic cotton. We only use cotton that has been carefully and lovingly grown without resorting to chemical agents. We also do not use any unnecessary chemicals when processing our products. This difference in growing and manufacturing process makes a difference in the "gentleness" of the final garment.

Organic cotton is spun into slub yarns in Japan. The more you wear it, the more the cotton's unique texture develops, and the more comfortable it feels on your body. Thinner than a sweatshirt and thicker than a t-shirt, it has the weight of a knitwear.
