The combination of white bell-shaped blossoms with pale pink accents and deep red freckled dorsal allow this dwarf hybrid to make a bright accent in any garden. Gartendirektor Riegor rhododendron is hardy to -10°F when protected against windchill. It typically blooms around May, depending on growing conditions. 

We suggest planting Gartendirektor Rieger in partial shade to full sun. American Rhododendron Society indicates that this plant grows to 3' tall at maturity, but the ones in our pictures are closer to 4' tall.
